インターネット接続に必要な通信料金等はお客様のご負担となります。その他、イベント会場での飲食代等はチケット料金に含まれません。
Customers are responsible for any internet/data charges. Food, drinks, and other purchases at event venues are not included in the ticket price unless specifically stated otherwise.

決済完了後、購入確認が表示されます。イベント参加用リストバンドの受け取り・チェックイン方法については、イベント開催前にご案内します。
Purchase confirmation is provided after payment is completed. Wristband pickup and check-in instructions will be provided before the event.
イベント参加サービスは、各イベントページに記載された開催日時に提供されます。
Event participation services are provided on the event date and time stated on the applicable event page.
キャンセル・返金について / Cancellation & Refund Policy
お客様都合によるキャンセル・返金は原則としてお受けしておりません。主催者の都合によりイベントが中止となった場合は、該当するチケット代金を返金いたします。イベント内容、参加店舗、ルート、出演者、開催時間等は、やむを得ない事情により変更となる場合があります。これらの変更のみを理由とした返金は、原則としてお受けしておりません。
Customer-requested cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, the applicable ticket price will be refunded. Event details, participating venues, routes, performers, and event times may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Such changes alone generally do not qualify for a refund.
ただし、法令により返金その他の対応が必要となる場合を除きます。
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
申込期間・販売条件 / Sales Period & Conditions
各イベント・チケット販売ページに記載された販売期間に準じます。販売予定数に達した場合、販売期間終了前に販売を終了する場合があります。
Sales periods are shown on each event and ticket sales page. Sales may close before the stated deadline if the available ticket allocation sells out.
イベント参加条件 / Event Participation Conditions
各会場の入場規則、年齢制限、定員、安全上の判断等が適用されます。リストバンドまたはチケットをお持ちの場合でも、会場が満員の場合や、安全上・運営上の理由により入場をお断りする場合があります。
Each venue’s entry rules, age restrictions, capacity limits, and safety requirements apply. Possession of a ticket or wristband does not guarantee entry if a venue is at capacity or if entry is refused for safety or operational reasons.
